Hybrid Social Solutions has been empowering rural and marginalized communities from Philippines by enabling access to sustainable solar energy.

Founded in 2010 in the Philippines, Hybrid Social Solutions is a distribution company dedicated to solar kits. The company has built close partnerships with microfinance institutes and local actors to ensure isolated communities can benefit from clean and affordable energy.

Through its investment, Gaia has supported the distribution of several thousands of solar lanterns and bigger solar systems to schools and households, and the training of local communities who learnt how to operate and maintain such equipment.
