Challenge met for Gaia Impact and Capital Croissance, who raise 40 million euros for Gaia Energy Impact Fund II
The Gaia Energy Impact Fund II will invest in around twenty companies, approximately 85% of which are active in sub-Saharan Africa. It will focus in particular on the sectors of access to decarbonized energy, productive use of energy, electric mobility, new energies, and enabling technologies. The fund is expected to provide better energy access to 4 million people, create 20,000 jobs, and avoid the emission of 4 million tons of CO2.
